To create a focus for people who belong to Scotland’s largest clan, which includes Macdonalds of Sleat, Clanranald, and Glencoe and MacDonalds/MacDonells of Glengarry, Keppoch and Antrim.

Monday,13 February Commemoration of the MASSACRE OF GLENCOE 11 a.m. Eucharist at St. Mary's Episcopal Church Glencoe 12 noon March from Carnoch Bridge to Glencoe Memorial for service and wreath-laying ceremony, to which all are welcome. Those wishing to lay a wreath are free to do so. Followed by lunch at the Glencoe Hotel (2 courses + tea/coffee - £11.95) To reserve a place for lunch, please contact contact@clandonald.org or 01381 620121

Saturday, 3 March. 11 a.m. MAJOR GENERAL SIR HECTOR MACDONALD MEMORIAL SERVICE, Mitchell Cemetery, Dingwall. All welcome. Soup and sandwich lunch afterwards at the National Hotel.

Sunday, 12 August, 3.30 p.m. Castle Leod, Strathpeffer:  Music and Poetry presented by Ian Blake, with Angus Grant (fiddle) and Duncan MacGillivray (guitar, whistle and pipes).

 

Saturday, 18 August, 11.30 a.m. -  Glenfinnan Gathering and Highland Games.
