News relating to museum contents and return of Sir Ian Macdonald as a trustee.

Lois MacDonell of Glengarry has spoken with Sir Ian Macdonald of Sleat - who has now returned to the trustees having thankfully survived a health scare - about the future of the contents of the Museum of the Isles.

Sir Ian has informed Lois of the good news that the contents of the museum – priceless paintings, artefacts, books and papers – are all guaranteed to be safe in to the future, even if it comes to it that the museum is moved elsewhere.
