Macdonald Tower re-opening

COMMUNITY OUTING

Today, I attended the official opening ceremony of the Sir Hector Macdonald Monument at Mitchell Hill Cemetery. I climbed the 127 spiral stairs up and down for the first time in over 30 years of living in Dingwall. If you get a chance, head up as the 360 degree views are breathtaking. Dingwall Fire Brigade Community Group assisted with the opening to coincide with Gala week. Dingwall Community Council and Dingwall Community Development Company have done an incredible job in bringing life back into this stunning monument.
